Job description

CVICU/CTICU Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity in Roanoke, VA available. This is a full-time ICU role with both day and night coverage.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Ongoing coverage
• 3 x 13-hour shifts per week
• Day and night shifts required

Practice:
• Acute Care Hospital (Level I Trauma Center)
• Cardiothoracic ICU (12 beds)
• Post-op cardiac/thoracic patient management
• High-acuity environment with cross-coverage support
• Procedures optional (airway managed by anesthesia)

Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Willing to license: Yes
• LVAD and ECMO experience required
• Critical care experience preferred

Credentialing:
• Standard timeframe
