Cardiac ICU NP needed in VA - Willing to license

Job description

-Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center
-12-Bed Cardiothoracic ICU with after hour cross coverage of PCU

-Job Details:
-Write progress notes and provide primary management for patients who are immediate postop, including thoracic surgery.
-Procedural skills desired but not required — airway management (intubations) provided by anesthesia
Need LVAD + ECMO experience.

-Shifts are 3 x 13-hrs (7am to 8pm) or (7pm to 8am)

-Requirements:
-ACNP
-Prefer cardiothoracic surgery ICU experience
-Ability to practice independently in high-acuity situations
-Willing to license
