We are seeking a Critical Care MD/DO for an ongoing assignment in Alameda, California.

Start Date: September 2026
Schedule: Day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM); must be able to cover multiple blocked date ranges
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Float pool coverage across multiple hospital sites
• Mix of community hospitals and a Level I trauma center
• Adult patient population
• Average patient volume: 5–9 patients per day depending on location
• Perform critical care procedures including intubation, line placement, chest tubes, thoracentesis, and lumbar punctures
• Strong multidisciplinary support including physicians, residents, and hospital staff
• Epic EMR
License: Active California License Required
Requirements:
• Board Certification required
• Must be comfortable performing ICU procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
