Schedule: 8-12 shifts per month, 7a-5p with call 5p-7a
Special procedures: Airway management, Central line placement, Arterial line placement, Dialysis catheter placement, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Bronchoscopy, Chest tube insertion

Kentucky License Required
Board Certification Required
ACLS Required
Active DEA Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
