Opportunity Details: Critical Care
Location: Massachusetts
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing PRN

Schedule:
• Nights: 7:00pm–8:00am
• Weekend options: 7:00pm–8:00am, 8:00am–7:00pm, or 2:00pm–12:00am
• PRN coverage to backfill schedule gaps

Work Details:
• 20-bed ICU (average census ~16–19 patients, weekends 8–10)
• Adult patient population
• Supervising internal medicine residents (procedures typically handled by residents)
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Critical Care
• Active MA license required (not open to licensing)
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS
• Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 3–6 months (currently targeting ~180 days)
