Critical Care Physician Needed for PRN shifts coverage on nights and weekends in Salem, MA

Anticipate Start Date: 8/24/26
• Schedule Details: PRN working nights (7p-8a) or weekends (7p-8a, 8a-7p or 2p-12a swing)
Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Will be supervising the internal medicine residents and should be prepared to perform procedures if residents are not working and able to do them.
Census runs 16-19 patients typically. On weekends the census is about 8-10 since there are 2 attendings on weekends.
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: ~19 patients
• Beds: 20
• Patient Age Group: adults
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d: BC Critical Care
• State License(s): MA license required
• Certifications: BLS / ACLS
• Minimum experience: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days
Travel: ONLY LOCAL candidates. Those who live 1.5 hrs or less away.
