1 weekend/month (Friday–Monday)
12-hour shifts + call coverage
16-bed ICU
Level IV Trauma Center
EMR: Cerner
Willing to license (IMLC or WV temp)

💼 Practice & Scope
Hospital-based ICU coverage
Bread-and-butter critical care cases
Full specialty support onsite

📋 Requirements
Board-certified ICU Physician
Active state license (or willing to obtain)
DEA required
BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Minimum 2 years experience

⏱ Credentialing
~60 days
