APP - Dermatology - Clifton Springs, NY

Shift: M-F, 8a-4:30p
BLS, required
Patient load per day: 25-35 ppd
Must have recent EPIC experience
Must have 3 years of recent experience
NY license in hand
1 support staff (LPN, RN, MA) for every 12 patients.

Notes: Patient volumes typically 25-35 per day, open to flexible scheduling, APP would help support Clifton Springs primarily.

Epic Experience Required
Must be Board Certified
Ensure that the work history is up to date
Ensure there are no gaps of 30+ days
