A full-time locum tenens opportunity is available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call, supporting a busy outpatient dermatology service. The provider will primarily work in Clifton Springs with occasional support at an affiliated dermatology clinic within the regional health system. This role is ideal for a clinician comfortable managing a high-volume patient load while delivering efficient, high-quality dermatologic care.

The dermatology service is supported by a collaborative team environment, including nursing and clinical staff, and utilizes Epic as the electronic medical record system. Job Responsibilities:
‣ Provide comprehensive dermatologic care to outpatient populations
‣ Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions
‣ Perform dermatologic procedures as appropriate within scope
‣ Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 25–35 patients
‣ Document all patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR
‣ Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care
‣ Float to a secondary dermatology location as needed

Qualifications:
‣ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
‣ Active New York license (required at time of submission)
‣ Minimum of 3 years of recent dermatology experience
‣ Recent experience with Epic EMR
‣ Current BLS certification
‣ Clean and consistent work history with no significant gaps

Working Hours:
‣ Monday through Friday
‣ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
‣ No call requirements
‣ Full-time locum assignment (approximately 26 weeks, July through January)
