APP Opportunity – Rochester, NY
Start: October 2026 | 26-Week Assignment

Seeking a Board-Certified APP for a 6-month assignment supporting Clifton Springs.

Assignment Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Patient Volume: 25–35 patients per day
• EMR: Epic (recent experience required)
• Support Staff Ratio: 1 LPN/RN/MA per 12 patients
• Flexible scheduling available

Requirements:
• Active NY License in hand
• BLS Required
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience
• Recent Epic experience required
• Board Certified

Additional Notes:
• Updated work history required
• No employment gaps greater than 30 days
