📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 2026, pending credentialing
🔹 Contract Length: 5–6 months
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🔹 Shift Structure: (4) 10-hour shifts per week
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours+ No call
🔹 Coverage Need: 4 shifts per week (Client open to providers who can cover 2–3 weeks per month if unable to commit full-time)
🔹 Employment Type: 1099
🔹 Licensing: North Carolina license required; IMLC accepted
🔹 Travel & lodging covered
🔹 Privileging Timeframe: 60–90 days

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital-based Dermatology clinic
🔹 Patient Volume: 30–40 patients per day
🔹 Patient Population: All ages
🔹 Support Staff: 3 CMAs per provider providing scribing support
🔹 Case Focus: General Dermatology (No Mohs required)
🔹 Areas of Expertise & Services: Skin of color, hyperpigmentation, hair loss, acne, rosacea, eczema, skin cancer screenings, lesion spot checks, warts, molluscum, seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infections, cysts/abscesses, psoriasis, tinea versicolor, actinic keratoses, Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, skin tag removal
🔹 EMR: EPIC (preferred experience)

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Dermatology – Required
🔹 Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
🔹 DEA – Required
🔹 Experienced General Dermatologist
🔹 Must meet facility vaccination requirements
