📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May 1, 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: Ongoing
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
🔹 Schedule Options: 3–4 days per week (4 days preferred)
🔹 Availability Requirement: Must provide at least 3 weeks per month
🔹 Daily Schedule (4-Day Model – 36 Hours Total):
🔹 7:30am–12:00pm: Paid Clinic (4 patients per hour)
🔹 12:00pm–12:30pm: Unpaid Lunch
🔹 12:30pm–1:00pm: Paid Administrative Time
🔹 1:00pm–4:00pm: Paid Clinic (4 patients per hour)
🔹 4:00pm–5:00pm: Paid Administrative Time
🔹 Total Weekly Admin Time (4 Days): 6 Hours
🔹 Total Weekly Patient Care (4 Days): 30 Hours
🔹 Credentialing Requirement: Minimal, no hospital privileges needed

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Outpatient
🔹 Patients per Day: 24–30
🔹 Support Staff: Yes
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Skills Required: Outpatient dermatology, biopsy, excision, electrodesiccation, cryosurgery
🔹 Must be comfortable with high patient volume

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified: Yes
🔹 Active Oregon License: Required
🔹 DEA: Required
🔹 BLS Certification: Required
