Dermatology Opportunity – WA
Start: ASAP
Coverage Type: Locums (Gap in Coverage)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
Seeking Full-Time Coverage: 4 weeks per month (minimum 3 weeks/month)
Ideal Schedule: 3–4 days per week in clinic
Call: None

Practice Setting:
· Outpatient clinic
· EPIC EMR (proficient user required)
· Clinic-only privileges

Work Details:
· Average patients per day: 21–30
· Patient population: No age restrictions
· Provider will work solo 1–2 days per week while Dr. Li is on, and solo or with another locum while Dr. Li is out on leave
· If not covering a full month, provider must be able to manage their in-basket

Required Procedures:
· Biopsies
· Excisions
· Cryotherapy
· Injections
· ED&C
· Light therapy
· Patch testing

Requirements:
· BLS and ACLS required
· WA license not required at submission — willing to license!
· Must be willing to license in Washington

Credentialing:
· Standard credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
