Metabolic Geneticist Needed in Virginia

Job description

Metabolic Geneticist Needed in VA:
Start Date: May 2026
Contract Length: 6-12 months with option for extension
Schedule: 1 week per month - Monday (all day clinic), Tuesday (1/2-day clinic), Thursday (all day clinic), all other days and each night will be call. Plus some telehealth coverage.
Work details;
· Patients per day: 1-2 per day
· Patient population/age: all ages – newborn to end of life
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital bed size: 865 total beds
· Special procedures and skills required: Must have Metabolic experience
Board Certified in Metabolic/Obesity Medicine or Genetics with Metabolic experience.

VA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
