Setting: Onsite hospital-based coverage only
Start: ASAP (credentialing can begin with pending license)
Duration: Through next summer (until permanent hire starts)
Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts | No call

🩻 About the Role

This is an onsite-only Diagnostic Radiology opportunity covering busy evening and night trauma volumes. The facility cannot provide remote workstations, and personal workstations are not permitted.

Radiologists will work independently during late evening hours in a teaching hospital environment with residents onsite.

🕒 Schedule & Shifts

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Late shifts are solo coverage


🔍 Scope of Practice

General Diagnostic Radiology

Patient population: Pediatrics through Adults

Heavy trauma volume, especially at night


📊 Volume Expectations

Average productivity: 80–100 RVUs per shift

Teaching facility with residents onsite

EMR: Epic


✅ Requirements

Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist

State license required

Credentialing may begin with pending license

Estimated Licensing Timelines (with clean background):

Active AZ license: ~6 weeks

IMLC: ~2 months

No existing license: ~3 months
