• Rate Type Options: Hourly, Daily
• Reason for Coverage: Retiring Breast Imager
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8 AM - 5 PM
• Average Number of Cases Per Day:
o Screens: 41.0
o Diagnostics: 7.2
o MRIs: 2.1
o Stereotactic Biopsies: 0.2
o Ultrasound Biopsies: 1.1
o MRI Biopsies: 0.1
o Breast Ultrasounds: 5.2
o Total: 56.9
• Documentation System/EMR: Powerscribe, EPIC, Hologic
• Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3
• Number of Radiologists in Practice: 5 in local practice
• Description of Support Staff: Associated Mammography and US Techs
• Do You Use Teleradiology? Not for Breast Imaging
• Patient Age Demographic: Predominantly adult women with breast imaging needs (35+)
• Board Certification Requirement: Board Certified or Board Eligible - ABR or AOBR
• Fellowship Training: Breast Imaging Fellowship preferred
• Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? No, due to short credentialing timeline and long CA licensing process
• Certification Requirement: BLS preferred
• Procedures Required:
o Mammography
o MRI Breast
• Breast Procedures

o Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

• Board Certified in Radiology (ABR or AOBR) - REQUIRED
• Active CA license - REQUIRED
• Breast Fellowship-trained - highly preferred
• BLS - highly preferred
The provider must be available for ALL dates:
Oct 13-17
Thanksgiving week – November 24-26
