Contract Length: 13+ weeks
Credentialing: Approximately 30+ days (as few as 14 days with emergency privileges)

Schedule Details:
Primary need is weekend evening coverage, with some weekday evening shifts. All shifts are remote, and providers must be available for the full assigned shift and complete all reads during the coverage window.
Remote Shift Options:
Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (9 hours) or 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Weekends: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (9 hours)
Practice Setting:
Remote inpatient coverage model with hospital-based support staff.
EMR/PACS: Epic (required)
Case Mix and Volume:
Average weekday volume is approximately 130–140 reads per day, with weekend volumes of approximately 150–180 reads per day. Case mix includes heavy CT and plain film volume, along with MRI and ultrasound. No nuclear medicine, cardiac, or breast imaging. Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. Some facilities prefer body imagers. Prostate MRI reading capability is a strong plus.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Board Certified in Radiology. Active, unrestricted California medical license. Minimum of 1+ year diagnostic radiology experience. Epic experience required. Must be able to cover full assigned shifts. Completely clean background and malpractice history with no claims, no hits, and no exceptions. Any malpractice or background issues will delay credentialing and will not be considered.
