🩺 General Radiologist – Locums-to-Perm | Partnership Track | Visalia, CA

A well-established private radiology group in Visalia, California is seeking General Radiologists for a locums-to-perm opportunity with a 2-year partnership track. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, collegial group with strong compensation and long-term earning potential.

📍 Location Highlights:
Visalia is located in California’s Central Valley with easy access to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, and within driving distance to Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Position Highlights:
General Radiology (no fellowship required)
Locums-to-perm (short-term locums ~3 weeks to ensure fit)
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Light weekend rotation: ~7 weekends/year (8am–2pm)
Strong support team (3 PAs, adding a 4th)
Mix of general + optional subspecialty reads (up to 1/3 if fellowship-trained)

PACS: Synapse
EMR: Cerner & Fuji
Dictation: PowerScribe

💰 Compensation (Permanent):
Base Salary: $550,000
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Relocation: Up to $15,000
Student Loan Repayment: $100,000 (Year 2)
Partnership Track: 2 years (buy-in ~$40K, typically covered by bonus)
Partner Earnings: $750,000–$900,000+
Vacation: 8 weeks (Year 1), 10 weeks (Year 2), 12+ weeks (Year 3+)
