Diagnostic Radiologist – Remote Evening Coverage

Job description

We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists for remote evening coverage supporting a new radiology site in Indiana. The ideal physician will have a primary focus in diagnostic radiology with a secondary subspecialty in Body, Musculoskeletal (MSK), or Neurology/Neuro Radiology.

Physicians must also be comfortable cross-reading diagnostic studies outside their primary subspecialty when needed.

Merrillville, Indiana

Remote coverage supporting Southlake & Northlake locations.

Schedule & Work Environment
Remote Diagnostic Radiology
Evening coverage 7 days per week
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST
Monday–Sunday coverage
No on-call responsibilities
No floating required
Coverage includes major holidays
Expected productivity: approximately 75 RVUs per shift
Telehealth/remote radiology experience preferred
RPCE technology stack

Requirements
Indiana medical license required
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
Clean professional and legal history required
No unresolved licensing or legal issues
No malpractice history, including dismissed cases
Must be comfortable reading general diagnostic studies in addition to your primary subspecialty
Fellowship training is not required
Prior travel/locums experience preferred
Academic medical center experience is not required

This opportunity is well suited for a radiologist who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, can maintain efficient turnaround times, and has broad diagnostic reading capabilities beyond a single subspecialty.
