Locums Diagnostic Radiologist Needed in Missouri!

Coverage Type: On-Site - Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm.
Weekday Night Call and Weekend Call if available

Work Details
• Support staff: 24% physician, 5% APP. Each site has radiology managers, techs, nurses
• Practice Setting: Hospital. There are dedicated IR suites, and are they up-to-date with current technology. Not high-volume trauma level.
• Procedures: Not required to supervise other healthcare providers. Seeking a Radiologist who is can perform arthrogram and fluoroscopy procedures.
• What is the modality breakdown for the Diagnostic Radiology need? CT, MR, PET, US
• Patient population/age: Adults
• EMR: EPIC. The PACS system is Change/McKesson

Requirements:
• Board Requirements: Not required. Not BC- within 2 years of residence
• License: Willing to license. We would prefer that the physicians either have or can quickly obtain licensure in MO and KS - IMLC

Privileging timeframe: 45-60 days. Once the paperwork has been completed it takes approximately 90 days to obtain full privileges; however, with our urgent need we would request temporary privileges in the interim. We typically need one week minimum to obtain this although more time is very much preferred.
