Diagnostic Radiologist - Nevada/ IMLC – Remote Nights (Locums → Perm Option)

Position Overview
- Physician-founded radiology group seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiologist to provide remote overnight coverage for acute care hospitals in Nevada. This role offers flexible scheduling, high-volume reads, and the opportunity to transition from locums to permanent.
- Reads are on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Compensation/ Pay Range: $375–$400/hour

Schedule & Shifts:
- Night Coverage | Remote
- Weekdays
- Late 1: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hours)
- Late 2: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (8 hours)
Weekends: AM–PM shifts available
Structure: Scheduled shifts, no call
Start Date: March 30, 2026
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Work Details
- Volume:
- ~120 cases per day
- 80–100 wRVUs per 8-hour shift
- 13,000 wRVU threshold, reviewed quarterly
- Case Mix:
- 50% X-Ray
- 25% CT (priority on CT Perfusion)
- 15% Ultrasound
- 10% MRI
- Setting: Mix of ER and Outpatient
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospitals

Technology
- PACS/Dictation: InteleRad, Clario, NovaRad
- EMR: Cerner
- Equipment Requirement: Provider must supply own workstation, including diagnostic monitor and computer

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Nevada license in hand OR IMLC eligibility
- Ability to read a broad range of diagnostic imaging
- Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced workflow
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
