This is Dominique Hodges with Aya Locums. I am representing a client needing a Remote EEG Physician (Neurology – EEG/Clinical Neurophysiology) for coverage. Assignment Details:

Start Date: June 12, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 24-hour shifts; 24 shifts per month for July through September
Practice Setting: 100% Remote Telehealth
Patients Per Day: Workload varies by shift
Patient Population: Neonatal through adult
Case Mix: Routine, continuous (cEEG), ambulatory, and ICU EEG interpretation
EMR/Technology: Secure remote EEG viewing and reporting platforms

Requirements:

State License: Active licenses in Oklahoma, Indiana, Missouri, Washington, and Florida, or active IMLC eligibility
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurology (ABPN); Child Neurology certification required. Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology and/or Epilepsy required. Board Certification in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology strongly preferred.
Credentialing: Must be eligible for credentialing and privileging.

Additional Details:

Interpret routine EEGs, cEEGs, ambulatory EEGs, and ICU EEG studies as applicable.
Identify and characterize seizures, epileptiform activity, encephalopathy patterns, and other abnormal findings.
Provide wet reads and timely preliminary and final reports while communicating critical findings to care teams.
Collaborate with EEG technologists and referring providers.
Must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Must maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Historical physician volumes vary significantly based on caseload.
