Remote Diagnostic Radiologist – Long-Term Coverage

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a long-term remote position supporting the a Health System in North Carolina.

The physician will provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging interpretation across CT, MR, CR, and ultrasound in a Level II trauma environment. Candidates with General or Emergency Radiology experience are well suited for this opportunity.

Greensboro, North Carolina

Schedule & Work Environment
Remote/telehealth diagnostic radiology
Primary schedule options:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
Alternative schedules considered:
7-on/7-off
7-on/14-off
Other mutually agreed-upon arrangements
No on-call responsibilities
No floating required
Expected productivity: approximately 85 RVUs per shift
Estimated annual volume: approximately 20,400 studies
RPCE technology stack
Trauma Level II environment
Academic medical center experience not required

Clinical Responsibilities
Interpret CT, MR, CR, and ultrasound
Provide general diagnostic radiology coverage
Support routine and emergency imaging needs
Work efficiently within a remote reading environment

Requirements
Board Certified – Required
General Diagnostic or Emergency Radiology experience
Strong proficiency interpreting CT, MR, CR, and ultrasound
Comfortable providing remote/telehealth radiology services
Fellowship training is not required
Prior travel/locums experience preferred
