Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 1–2 weeks per month
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5:30p (varies by shift: 7–4, 7:30–4:30, 8–5, or 8:30–5:30)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based diagnostic radiology
• Case Mix: General diagnostic radiology including CT, ultrasound, and X-ray; variable volume ~60–100 cases/day
• EMR: PACS (AGFA EI), Powerscribe 360, Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Ohio or IMLC
• Certifications: ABR Board Certified, NPDB self-query within 6 months, ACLS (AHA) required if performing procedures
