Job description

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a remote overnight locums assignment supporting multiple facilities in Texas.

Assignment Details:
Start: July–August (pending credentialing)
Schedule: 10:00pm–7:00am, Monday–Sunday
Coverage: 1 week/month up to full-time

Clinical Responsibilities:
CT and general diagnostic reads across multiple facilities
High STAT, ER-style workflow
Coverage supports 2 hospitals in College Station and 7 in the greater Austin region
Volume:
Estimated per night:
College Station: ~50–55 studies
Greater Austin: ~100–110 studies
Consistent nightly volume

Modalities:
Primary: CT and X-ray
Secondary: Ultrasound (~10–11%)
MRI minimal

Case Mix:
High STAT volume:
College Station: ~90% STAT
Greater Austin: ~80%+ STAT
Majority real-time reads with minimal backlog

Systems:
EMR: Epic
PACS: Visage
Dictation: PowerScribe One 2019
AI: Sign up or sign in for contact information (may transition to Aidoc)

Requirements:
Credentialing: Typically ~135 days
Will license via IMLC only
