📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (W2)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: September 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: 13 weeks
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
🔹 Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🔹 Clinic operates 7 days per week; weekend availability required
🔹 Flexible scheduling with opportunities to fill coverage gaps
🔹 Credentialing details provided upon presentation

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient Urgent Care
🔹 Float between two nearby clinic locations in the San Luis Obispo area
🔹 Independent provider role with no physician onsite
🔹 Perform common urgent care procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage of abscesses, and toenail removal
🔹 Fast-paced environment requiring strong efficiency and timely chart completion
🔹 Focus on delivering an excellent patient experience and exceptional bedside manner

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
🔹 Active California license required
🔹 Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience required
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 Comfortable managing a high-volume urgent care practice
🔹 COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (medical or religious exemptions only)
🔹 Influenza vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations accepted)
