📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: August 4, 2026 (orientation on first day)
🔹 Assignment Length: Through December 8, 2026, with potential extension
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Shift: 12-hour mid shifts (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
🔹 Schedule: Variable Sunday through Saturday
🔹 Priority coverage needed throughout August with ongoing needs
🔹 Providers with partial August and September availability are encouraged to apply
🔹 Credentialing: Standard process approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available for up to 120 days in select circumstances

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Critical Access Hospital
🔹 Emergency Department setting
🔹 Inpatient hospital practice
🔹 APPs always work alongside an Emergency Medicine physician
🔹 Approximately 35–45 patients per day (12,000+ annual visits)
🔹 9 monitored patient rooms, including 2 trauma/resuscitation bays, plus 3 triage/treatment rooms
🔹 Care for patients of all ages
🔹 Perform standard Emergency Department procedures
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine
🔹 Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license required
🔹 Epic experience required
🔹 Documentation of Emergency Medicine clinical activity within the past 24 months required
🔹 COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
