🏥 Practice Setting
Setting: Private Practice Urgent Care
Autonomy: Providers practice independently (no physician on-site)
🩺 Work Details
Patient Volume: 40–45 patients/day (high volume)
Responsibilities Include:
Managing urgent care cases independently
Performing procedures and clinical decision-making on shift
Completing documentation efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🧠 Required Skills & Procedures
Laceration repair
Incision & drainage (abscess)
Toenail removal
Strong urgent care workflow and efficiency
👥 Ideal Candidate
REQUIRED: ED or Urgent Care experience
Comfortable seeing 40–45 patients/day
Strong time management and charting efficiency
Excellent bedside manner and patient experience
✅ Requirements
License: Active CA NP or PA license
Experience: ED or Urgent Care required
Certifications: BLS (AHA)

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
