PRN Locums Emergency Medicine APP Needed in Littleton, NH

Job description

Work Details:
- Shift Details: 12 hr shifts, 8p-8a
- Amount of coverage needed per month: PRN
- Support staff: EM physician, nurses
- 11,000 annual patient visits — mostly level 3 acuity
- Patient population/age: All Ages
- Department description: Integrated team providing urgent or emergent care to critically ill and/or seriously injured persons. Client provides a valuable service to the community and region, offering high-quality care to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Emergency Department team provides expert emergency care to over 9,800 adult and pediatric patients annually.
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital bed size: 25
- Skills required: Must have EM experience with Ortho
- Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital

Requirements:
- License required: Yes, NH license in hand required
- Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privs avail
- Training: One training day prior to shift on EMR and to complete any outstanding OccHealth reqs
- Travel: Will cover mileage and lodging (lodging will most likely be in their call house if there is availability, otherwise they can arrange for a local hotel where they have a corporate rate)
