Job description

A 260-bed community hospital in the Plainsboro, NJ area is seeking an experienced NP or PA for an Emergency Medicine locum tenens assignment.

Assignment Details:
- Rate: $90/hour
- Start Date: 7/31/2026
- Length: Short term (2-6 months)
- Shifts: Day shift (7a-5p, 10a-8p), Swing (11a-11p), Night (6p-4a)
- Approximately 12 shifts per month
- Staffing Model: MD & APC team
- EMR: Epic
- 50,364 annual patient volume; 34 ED beds; ~2 patients/hour

Requirements:
- 1-3 years EM experience
- NCCPA or NCCNP certification
- The facility will release the application and process pending license

This is an outpatient/ED setting in a well-resourced community hospital with strong physician collaboration and modern EMR support.
