This critical access hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for emergency department coverage. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate resources to support quality emergency care delivery. Locum tenens credentialing can be completed on an expedited basis in under one week.

About the clinician's workday

The Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical coverage at this on-site critical access facility during day and night shifts, working approximately 3-5 shifts per week. Shift times are structured as 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The clinician will evaluate and manage emergency department presentations while maintaining accurate clinical documentation throughout each assigned shift. An active New Mexico license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
