Urgent Care APP (PA-C or FNP) | Super Clinic – Portland Area | 12hr Shifts | $148K–$164K + Benefits

Job description

A progressive Clinic, OR (with Portland float coverage potential) is seeking a skilled PA-C or FNP with 2+ years of ER experience to join their urgent care team. Providers see an average of 1–2 patients per hour, treating a full range of episodic and low-acuity emergent conditions — no trauma.

Environment & Model:

80% urgent/emergent visits

Team includes MAs, onsite MD, in-house lab, and onsite pharmacy

Medicare patients included — must be eligible to treat them

Tech-enabled system and efficient workflows

Must float between two Super Clinic sites

Schedule:

12-hour shifts: 8am–8pm or 10am–10pm

Biweekly rotation:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

No call, no overnight shifts, no admin days

Key Responsibilities:

Treat common urgent/episodic illnesses (sinusitis, UTI, pneumonia, etc.)

Perform procedures: laceration repair, I&D, reductions, wound care, sedation, foreign body removal

Chronic care: diabetes, HTN, asthma

Complete documentation daily

Deliver integrated care with labs and pharmacy onsite

Communicate clearly about diagnoses, costs, and insurance impact

Occasional coverage beyond scheduled hours due to patient volume

🛠 Requirements:
Certifications: PA-C or FNP

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER experience required

License: Oregon license or ability to obtain

Must treat Medicare patients
