Florence, OR | Emergency Medicine APP

Job description

Start: August (ASAP – first day reserved for orientation)
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: Variable 12-hour day shifts, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Coverage: No call
EMR: Epic

Practice Details:

Inpatient hospital setting
9 private monitored ED rooms (including 2 trauma/resuscitation bays) plus 3 triage/treatment rooms
Annual ED volume: 12,000+ visits
Average patient volume: 35–45 patients per day
Treat patients of all ages
Standard Emergency Medicine procedures required
APPs are never scheduled alone—a physician is always onsite

Requirements:

Active Oregon license required
Must have provided Emergency Medicine services within the past 24 months
Hospital privileges required
No additional certifications required

Availability Needed:

August coverage is the highest priority, with shifts beginning August 4.
The facility currently has 10 open shifts in August and is willing to adjust the schedule based on provider availability.
