We are seeking an Emergency Medicine NP/PA for an ongoing assignment in Victoria, Texas.

Start date: September 2026
Contract Length: 3 months to 1 year
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM shifts
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Level III trauma center with 22 ED beds
• Annual volume of 28,000 visits (~77/day)
• Admission rate: 25%
• Average patients per hour: 1.8
• Pediatric volume: ~15%
• Transfer rate: ~3%
• Broad specialty backup including surgery, cardiology, OB, pediatrics, and more
• Teleneurology available for emergent consults
License: Active Texas License Required (IMLC accepted)
Requirements:
• BC/BE preferred but not required
• ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required
• Must be comfortable working in a community ED setting
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
