Requirements:
Board Certification: Board Certified NP or PA. NP certifications considered: Acute Care/Family/Emergency NP
License Required: Yes, State of VA
DEA: Yes,
CSR: Yes,
Certifications required: BLS and ACLS required.
Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
