Family Practice/Urgent Care NP needed in Washington

Job description

- Location: Olympia, WA
- Specialty: Family Practice/Urgent Care
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
- Shift Details: 9a-8p, 40hrs/week. 10-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
- Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients.
- Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
- Department Description: Community Health Center.
- EMR: EPIC
- Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

Requirements:
- License Required: Active WA license required.
- DEA: Active WA DEA required

- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks.
