Family Longevity Experience Navigator (RN)
Job description
About VitaKavana
VitaKavana is building a new category of healthcare delivery that brings the same intentional governance families apply to wealth management to their health. We integrate Western diagnostics with Eastern and functional medicine as a unified clinical core, solving healthcare’s coordination crisis by unifying medical records, biomarkers, imaging, genetics, wearables, environmental data, and lifestyle insights into a personalized Health Atlas. Through our VITA framework (Visibility, Insight, Translation, Alignment) and a structured member journey, we transform fragmented, episodic care into a lifelong, anticipatory partnership. Our technology enhances continuity, insight, and coordination through AI while remaining unequivocally human-first, with operational rigor, compliance, and quality as the foundation of trust.
Your Role: Guardian of the Member Experience
As an Experience Navigator, you are the constant, trusted presence families rely on to make healthcare feel seamless, thoughtful, and effortless. You are deeply attentive, highly organized, and naturally anticipatory—ensuring needs are met before they are voiced. This role blends nursing expertise with exceptional hospitality. While grounded in clinical practice, your primary responsibility is orchestrating a white-glove experience across every touchpoint of the member journey. You will partner closely with the Founding Physician (MD/DO) and Clinical Manager (NP/PA) to ensure care plans, diagnostics, communications, and external providers remain fully aligned.
Why This Role Is Different
Healthcare delivered with the precision and polish of a luxury service model — deep, long-term relationships with a small number of families — authority and trust to proactively solve problems end-to-end — direct interaction with leading clinicians and specialists — opportunity to help define the gold standard for high-touch healthcare experiences. This is not a traditional nursing role; it is relationship-centered, anticipatory, and grounded in discretion and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for member communications and follow-up — coordinate appointments, diagnostics, testing, and logistics across providers — manage timelines, results, next steps, and care milestones — communicate with external clinicians to ensure continuity — maintain a complete, holistic view of each member’s health record — anticipate preferences and needs — partner with the Clinical Manager and Founding Physician to support care execution — ensure every interaction reflects warmth, clarity, and exceptional service.
Who You Are
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Florida license and based in South Florida — 3+ years of experience in clinical care, concierge medicine, care coordination, or high-touch healthcare environments — exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented — strong clinical foundation with clear communication skills — deep appreciation for white-glove service and discretion — naturally proactive and anticipatory — tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital platforms — experience with UHNW or luxury service environments is a plus.
Role Structure & Compensation
Flexible structure with part-time start and opportunity to grow — some travel for in-home visits and immersive experiences — high-trust, high-autonomy environment — target full-time equivalent compensation $75,000–$85,000 — generous health benefits — annual longevity and health optimization allowance — paid time off.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to help shape a new model of healthcare where experience, trust, and anticipation matter as much as clinical excellence, ensuring families feel supported at every stage of their health journey.
