About the clinician's workday

The Emergency Medicine Physician Associate will provide locum tenens outpatient clinical coverage during day shifts at this on-site facility, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages presenting with a range of acute illnesses and injuries. The position averages 36 patients per day with approximately 3 new admissions per day, and call coverage is a required component of this assignment. Clinicians will perform emergency procedures as clinically indicated and coordinate patient admissions and transfers throughout each assigned shift. Board certification is negotiable for consideration.
