Assignment Details:

Start: April/May 2026

Contract: 3 months with extension potential

Schedule: Mon–Sun coverage

Shift Options:

Mids (Noon start – 8, 9, or 10 hours)

Open to 12-hour days (8a–8p) or nights (8p–8a)

No call required

Facility Highlights:

57-bed Critical Access Hospital

Trauma Level IV

20–30 patients per day

All ages (Peds–Geriatric)

24-hour MD support

Telehealth backup: Cardiology & Stroke

In-house ambulance transfers + helipad

EMR: Primarily EDIS (training available)

Requirements:

Board Certified PA

Active MN license

DEA required

BLS, ACLS, ATLS or CALS required

PALS/APLS preferred

3+ years Emergency Medicine experience

Emergency ultrasound experience required
