Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (PA) - Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide emergency medicine services with 20-25 patient encounters per 12-hour shift
• Work in a busy emergency department with annual patient volume of 32,000 and daily volume of 90-100 patients
• Collaborate with 2 physicians and 2 mid-level providers with split coverage schedule
• PA coverage shifts available: 12P-12A
• Open ICU available for critical care cases
• Must be NCCPA Certified with active North Carolina license
• NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment required
• Board certification required with ACLS certification
• Experience with Meditech 6.1 EMR system preferred
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 14 days
• Hospital-owned apartment housing provided
• Travel costs covered up to $500

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
