Emergency Medicine PA opportunity available in VA
Start Date: 07/06/2026
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: 2x8, 2x12, or 3x12/hour shifts per week. Blocked or clustered scheduling.
Additional Details:
- Department description: Emergency Department Unit. APP’s manage protocol-driven observation patients in collaboration with Emergency Medicine attending physicians.
- Common pathways include chest pain, TIA/CVA evaluation, syncope, cellulitis, dehydration and specialty consultation patients. Strong interdisciplinary support with immediate attending physician availability on site.

Licensure: Active VA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days
