- Schedule: Shift 7a-7, 7p-7a
- Weekend Required: Yes
- No Call
- ED, Fast Track and ICU Bed Size: 15 ED beds
- ED Patients/hr: 1.12
- Daily patient load per clinician: 13.4
- Trauma Designation: None for FSED; Main Trauma L
- Ed or ICU Volume: 9,800
- 15 ED beds
- No ICU
- Length of need: 8 months
- Charting: EPIC
- AZ Licensed
- Certification: ATLS, Board Certified.
- Credentialing: 90 days.
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
