Job description

Job Title: Locums Emergency Medicine Physician
Coverage Need: Full Time and Part Time
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Coverage Requirement: 10 shifts per month available
Shift Information: 24 hour physician shifts 7a to 7a
Education and Training: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of Residency program in relevant specialty EM FM IM and GS.
Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in the requested specialty.
License: Active unrestricted AR Medical license and DEA license
Board Certification: EM/FM/IM Board Certs accepted
Merit Badge: ATLS required for all. ACLS and PALS recommended.
Specific Facility Procedures: N A.
Facility Details: Annual volume 5000.
Approximately 14 patients per day.
Admission rate 10 percent.
25 hospital beds.
EMR Medhost.
Privileging timeframe approximately 60 days.
