Job description

• MD/DO Only
• BE-BC (Must be 2 years out of residency for BE candidates)
• 7on7off
• 12 Hour Shifts
• 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Would prefer 2 years experience
• Must see all ages
o 104 Bed, Community Hospital
o 25 bed ED.
o 21,600 Annual Visits
o 20% admission rate
o 2 ICU, 3 Tele, 28 Med/Surg, and 6 Psych Beds
o Visa Eligible
o ED Physicians respond to Floor Codes
• Must have CT State License, DEA, ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Credentialing 60-90 Days
