Your Role

VitaKavana is seeking an exceptional integrative MD/DO to serve as Medical Lead. You are each family’s true medical partner—quarterback, guide, and confidant across every stage of life. You will blend Western diagnostics with Eastern and functional medicine, nutrition, movement, and longevity science, delivering care wherever life happens. This is not episodic medicine; it is longitudinal, anticipatory, and deeply relationship-driven.

What You’ll Do

Serve as primary medical lead for all member families — dedicate meaningful time to understanding each family’s health history and generational vision — interpret advanced diagnostics including labs, genomics, microbiome, imaging, and wearables — design individualized care plans rooted in functional and longevity medicine — guide families across generations from pediatric wellness to longevity planning — supervise the Clinical Manager (NP/PA) and Experience Navigator (RN) — build and evolve VitaKavana’s Clinical Playbook — collaborate with elite specialists globally — lead care reviews and family alignment sessions — translate complex findings into clear, actionable guidance — ensure compliance across medical, data, and telehealth regulations — partner with operations to align care delivery with technology and experience.

Who You Are

MD or DO with active Florida license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses — based in South Florida — board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or related specialty — advanced training in Functional or Integrative Medicine strongly preferred — 5+ years of leadership in concierge or integrative medicine — exceptional clinical authority paired with warmth and clarity — proven success in private or membership-based care models — passion for preventive and longevity medicine — tech-forward and comfortable with digital health platforms — experience with UHNW or global families is a plus.

Role Structure & Compensation

Flexible structure with part-time start and ramp to full-time — some travel for in-home visits and immersive experiences — high-trust, high-autonomy environment — target full-time equivalent compensation $250,000–$400,000 — generous health benefits — annual longevity and health optimization allowance — paid time off.
