Emergency Medicine Expert (Remote AI Clinical Consultant)

About the Role:
We are hiring Emergency Medicine experts to design clinical scenarios, evaluate model outputs against evidence-based standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about acute and emergency care.

Engagement:
- Remote, 100% asynchronous (Independent Contractor)
- 20 hrs/wk default (flexible schedule, can be raised based on demand)
- Paid weekly
- Duration: ongoing, reviewed monthly

What You'll Do:
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios drawn from EM practice (triage, undifferentiated chief complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, disposition decisions).
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics and provide written feedback.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

Who You Are:
- Attending physicians: Must be board certified with current, active, unrestricted medical license (EM, EM/IM, or EM/Peds).
- Resident physicians: Must be in final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
- Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with an active, unrestricted medical license.
