My name is Tony Alvizo with Consilium Staffing. I help Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs find locums opportunities that line up with their background, licenses, schedule, rate goals, and preferred ER setting.

Instead of sending random openings, I like to learn what actually fits you first. That may include your current state licenses, board certification, availability, preferred shifts, target rate, trauma level comfort, EMR preferences, and any major EM groups you have worked with recently.

I work with a variety of ER assignments, including freestanding ERs, community hospitals, critical access hospitals, and trauma centers. Opportunities may include PRN, part time, full time, days, nights, swings, block scheduling, and travel assignments depending on the site.
