• What’s the patient mix? Mix of kids & adults, mostly level 3 & 4. Sometimes level 2
• Trauma center designation? N/A
• Is there nurse/APP Triage for lower acuity? No
• Emergency Medicine
• Shift lengths? (8, 10, 12) 12
• AM and PM Shift Coverage Needed? Yes
• Staffing Model: How many other EM Providers are on at the same time? One
• What does support staff include? Nurses, Radiology Staff
• ED Admission Rate? 2-3%
• What additional details are beneficial to know to assist in recruiting?
