Job description

• 3 FT providers- will accept PT
• ASAP start date
• 3-6 months assignment
• 24 hour shifts- 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
• Privileging time frame 60-90
• ACLS, PALS
• IL Medical License, IL Controlled Substance License, IL DEA, Medical Degree, Residency Cert., Board Certification EM, IM or FM. ABPS not accepted. ACLS, PALS (No exceptions) Pediatric accredited facility, immunization records with flu and Hep B, All CME Certificates and listing, Two Years Procedure Logs, 10 years of Malpractice, three references, Drivers License and SS Card. - must have adequate ED experience (5 years or 2500 hours OR approval from Medical Director)
