Currently needing physicians and PAs
We can't work NPs in Illinois
Annual volume for Decatur is 40k
Level 2 Trauma Center
EMR is currently Cerner, moving to Epic in February 2026
Have had departures, retirements and upcoming maternity leave
Credentialing is 45-60 days. There's a chance to get them in Dec. 2026
Will need help through 2027
Opportunity to cross-credential at Springfield and Decatur
Mostly needing nights, but they'll take what they can get
Prefer someone who can work at least 3-4 shifts per month, ongoing
Shift times are either 8 hours or 12 hours
MD shift times
6a-6p
7a-3p
3p-11p
11p-7a
6p-6a
10a-10p (ED2) - pushed back to 4/1/2027
PA shift times
7a-7p
12-12
10a-10p
Will take providers with IMLC
Will provide travel and lodging accommodations
Most shifts are either double or triple coverage with 2-3 APPs working as well

• Trauma lvl 1 and 2 (40k-60k annual volume)
• Will cover all travel and lodging
• EMR is EPIC
